Natural Inc operates a small set of specialised, purpose‑built products. Some of these may involve paid plans, subscriptions, or other charges. Because each offering can differ in how it is used and billed, specific refund details may also be presented inside the relevant product or channel.

How to request a refund

If you believe a refund may be appropriate for something billed by Natural Inc, email dev@naturaldevs.com with:

Timing

When a refund is approved and initiated, the time it takes for funds to appear will depend on your bank, card network, or payment provider. We can confirm initiation, but we do not control their posting timelines.
